Anyone who has spent time at the gym knows what happens every January. There is an influx of starry-eyed new members, determined to work off those holiday pounds and walk away with an instant beach body with minimal effort. Sadly, most of these members quit after a month or two, either fed up, or temporarily satisfied, yet doomed to repeat the same bad habits all over again next year.

Our approach to physical and mental fitness is that it needs to be a habit, and we know this doesn’t happen overnight. Sometimes the smallest of inspirations – a new playlist on your mp3 player, or a cool new stability ball exercise – can go a long way in motivating you to get off the couch and get moving.

We spend a lot of time researching fitness and nutrition trends. There is a lot of material out there, and our goal is to bring you the best and most relevant information, so you can spend less time wondering and more time working out!

And yes, we somehow manage to get to the gym too. :)
