First there were audio training programs for your iPod. Next, came image-based training programs. Today, Brand2hand Media is pleased to announce the launch of its made-for-iPod video training programs, which will be distributed under the company’s consumer brand, Health & Fitness Mobile (HFM). The company’s new downloadable iPod video training programs are available on HFM’s websites: www.hfmens.com and www.hfwomens.com.

HFM offers programs to suit any goal or experience level. Programs range from functional strength to weight loss to sport-specific conditioning. Each program offers fitness models demonstrating exercises with proper form and technique along with trainer tips and encouragement. Programs are also available in an Image Series format for devices that display images, but not video. HFM programs are developed in partnership with Twist Conditioning, which is led by veteran NHL trainer and renowned athlete conditioning specialist, Peter Twist.

“There are a growing number of iPod fitness options for consumers to choose from so we are extremely proud that consumers have given Health & Fitness Mobile top marks in the weeks since our opening,” said Brand2hand president, Nigel Malkin, “We attribute this success to our market differentiators: superior content production values, image AND video content options, and Twist Conditioning-designed training programs.” Brand2hand Media is currently developing mobile phone and social networking applications that will be fully integrated with its iPod fitness initiatives. “Brand2hand strives lead the market in both quality and innovation. We are pushing the boundaries of what is possible on consumer-owned devices and our convergent philosophy will make the benefits of personal training accessible to everyone,” said Malkin.
